One-on-one peer support is a place for you to exhale a little. It’s for the parts of you that are tired of holding everything together, tired of explaining, and tired of being told what you should be doing to heal. This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a program with steps you can fail. It’s a steady, trauma-informed space where you’re met by someone who understands betrayal and its impact—not just intellectually, but humanly. You don’t have to know what you want yet. You don’t have to be regulated or optimistic. You can show up exactly as you are, and we take it from there, gently and honestly.

Sessions are one hour and held one-on-one, with packages available if you want ongoing support and a steadier rhythm. Think of it as having a grounded, compassionate presence alongside you while you sort through what hurts, what matters, and what feels possible next—without pressure, promises, or judgment.
