Services

1
Group Coaching
This monthly membership gives you access to weekly group coaching sessions where no question is off limits and no emotion is too much. Each month, we focus on one key healing theme with space for real-time support, honest processing, and tools you can actually use. It’s a safe, no-fluff space for women navigating betrayal trauma who are tired of being silenced, sidelined, or sent back to “just be more patient.” Come as you are, raw, ready, or wrecked, and do the work with others who truly get it.
2
Healing Her Course
If you’re newly navigating the shock of betrayal, this course will help you name what’s happening and why it hurts so much. The Healing Her Trauma Model is rooted in partner-sensitive, betrayal trauma-informed approaches (not the 12-step framework). You’ll learn how betrayal affects your brain, body, and sense of self. Start here to get grounded with psychology and nervous system-focused support. You’ll leave with clarity, language for what you're experiencing, and direction on where to go from here.
Confronting the Systems That Fuel Betrayal Trauma & Infidelity
Issues like social hierarchy church hurt, purity culture, invisible labor, financial insecurity, partner consent, and more are not being widely addressed in the betrayal trauma field. My goal is to change that.

There needs to be a safe place for partners who are examining the systems that shaped these issues. For many, the betrayals they experienced are rooted in the beliefs, patterns, gender roles, and power dynamics OF those broken systems.

These systems make it difficult for women to set boundaries, communicate, and advocate for themselves without being pressured, intimidated, coerced, or manipulated. That will not happen here!

Hi, I’m Angela, Betrayal Trauma Guide (Not Therapist)
I’ve lived through betrayal trauma. The kind that shatters your nervous system, your identity, and everything you thought was true. I’m not here as a therapist.

I’m here as a woman who’s walked this road and decided to turn pain into purpose. With training in trauma-informed coaching, functional nutrition, and nervous system support, I help women like you come back to themselves after betrayal.

If you're looking for honest guidance without the fluff, you're in the right place.
