Held & Healing is a gentle, trauma-informed support group created for women navigating betrayal, relational rupture, and the long aftershocks that don’t show up on the outside—but live in your body, your thoughts, and your heart. This is not a place where you’re rushed toward forgiveness, pressured to decide your future, or asked to perform healing the “right” way. This is a space where you can finally exhale. When you come, you’ll experience what so many women have been searching for but rarely find: being believed without question, supported without judgment, and accompanied without agenda. You’ll be guided with steadiness and compassion while also being deeply respected as the expert on your own life. You can share as much or as little as you choose. You can come raw, confused, angry, grieving, hopeful—or unsure of what you feel at all. In this group, healing doesn’t come from advice or fixing. It comes from safe connection, nervous-system awareness, shared language, and being surrounded by women who get it—without explanation. Over time, many women notice they feel calmer in their bodies, clearer in their thinking, and more anchored in their own truth. They begin to trust themselves again. They stop feeling like they’re “too much” or “behind.” They start to feel steady.
